Create a supporter group

Once you have a campaign ready to share, you can set up a supporter group. To do this, go to the ‘Supporters’ tab in the menu bar and select ‘Add new supporter group’.

You will then be given the option to add all your supporters at once using the CSV upload. There is a template with the necessary fields available to download. These are:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address

• Supporter code

Next, select which campaign or campaigns you want these supporters to have access to from the dropdown menu.

Email invitations will automatically be sent to your supporters, inviting them to download the Give A Little Champion app and get set up.

On the supporter group page, you can view which supporters have accepted and resend for those who are still pending. 

We also recommend communicating with your supporters in advance to let them know that you’re using Give A Little as a fundraising partner, and to expect an email from us with their invitation.
